3. Customer Identification (KYC)
The Service reserves the right to request customer verification in the following situations:

High-risk transactions;
Funds originating from potentially suspicious sources;
Signs of sanctions evasion;
Large transaction volumes;
Requests from payment providers, partners, or competent authorities.
To complete the verification process, the Service may request:
Passport or national ID card;
Driver's license;
Selfie with the identification document;
Proof of address;
Proof of source of funds;
Additional documentation at the discretion of the Compliance Department.
4. Transaction Monitoring (KYT)
All cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to AML screening using blockchain analytics and risk assessment tools.
The Service may analyze:
Sender wallet addresses;
Recipient wallet addresses;
Source of funds;
Transaction history;
Connections to sanctioned entities;
Darknet marketplace exposure;
Fraud-related activities;
Links to mixers, gambling platforms, or other high-risk services.
5. Grounds for Transaction Suspension
The Service may temporarily suspend or delay a transaction in the following cases:
Elevated AML risk score;
Inconsistencies in customer information;
Refusal to complete KYC procedures;
Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
Suspected fraudulent activity;
Suspected terrorist financing;
Violations of applicable sanctions regulations.
During the review process, funds may be temporarily held until the investigation is completed.
6. Sanctions Compliance
The Service does not provide services to individuals, entities, or organizations that are:
Listed on international sanctions lists;
Associated with sanctioned persons or entities;
Located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or restrictions;
Engaged in activities prohibited under applicable sanctions laws.
The Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any customer whose activity may violate sanctions regulations.
7. Refund Policy
If a customer refuses to complete the required KYC procedure or fails to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe, the Service may reject the transaction.
Refunds, where applicable, may only be processed after completion of the compliance review and will generally be returned to the original source wallet.
Network fees, transaction fees, and administrative expenses may be deducted from the refunded amount.
8. Data Protection
The Service is committed to protecting customer information and maintaining appropriate security measures to safeguard collected data.
Personal information obtained during AML/KYC procedures is accessible only to authorized personnel responsible for compliance and risk management functions.
9. Amendments to the Policy
The Service reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
